The Indianapolis Camera Club
is an informal group of individuals that enjoys taking and making photographic images.
The Club offers beginners, experienced amateurs, and professionals an opportunity to meet people who have a similar interest in photography. We also strive to encourage excellence, a greater appreciation, and enjoyment of photography through a variety of activities. Both digital and traditional film imaging techniques are represented within the membership.
Activities range from guest speakers, photo critique, print competition, and photo outings to various locations around central Indiana.
NOTE: The Club has modified its meeting schedule. Starting in January 2010, the 3rd Tuesday of the month will always be at the Indiana Interchurch Center. The first Tuesday of the month will normally be a club outing, or on-location shoot.
Please consider joining us, or be our guest at one of our meetings.
The Club meets at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at the
Indiana Interchurch Center,
1100 W 42nd St,
on the northeast corner of 42nd street and Michigan Road. Park in the back and enter the building via the door from the parking lot.
The Indianapolis Camera Club was founded in 1927.
